How much does delivery cost?
Johannesburg and Priority - delivery per box: R45
Main metropolitan centres - delivery per box: R70
Outlying areas - delivery per box: R95
The above costs include insurance. Please note that there will be a reduced delivery rate for multiple gift hampers being delivered to a single address. Once you’ve completed the delivery details upon placing an order, the reduced delivery rate will be reflected.
How do I pay?
You can pay for your orders via Visa, MasterCard credit cards or by electronic fund transfer (EFT) into the Online Hampers cc bank account – the details of which will be provided on request.
Regretfully, your Woolworths store card can’t be used online and Standard Bank rules dictate that the prepaid MasterCard gift-card may not be used for online shopping. Unfortunately we do not accept cash or cheques on delivery.
Is it safe to use my Credit Card?
Woolworths has gone to great lengths to ensure that your card information is secure. We make use of Paygate for credit card transactions. These transactions occur in an encrypted, SSL environment and no credit card details are stored by Woolworths. For more information, please contact Paygate directly.

If I am registered on Woolworths Online, do I have to register again on Woolies Online Hampers?
For your security, this site operates independently of Woolworths Online, so
you'll need to create a new profile with your email address and a password.
Can I use my existing logon details for both Woolworths Online and Woolies Online Hampers?
Yes, all you have to do is re-register on Woolies Online Hampers using the
same logon details you have used for Woolworths Online.
